Description:

Each week in your salad box we will provide you with 1 iceberg lettuce, 1 pack of little gem lettuce, 3 mixed peppers, 1 cucumber, 1 red and 1 white onion, cress, 1 bunch of spring onions, mushrooms (250g) and tomatoes then, we’ll add in 1 more item of fresh, crunchy salad to ensure your salad box is packed full of nutritious goodness. We’ll strive to ensure that as much of your salad as possible is locally sourced using farmers in the West Lancashire area; where there is a short fall we will do our best to support other British farmers.
